Multifunction Asphalt Modified Equipment
EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION
This plant is specially designed to produce polymer modified asphalt (such as SBS, EVA, PE) and crumb rubber modified asphalt (asphalt rubber). The production process is introduced automatic control system. It is composed of asphalt heating tank, main body, rotary feeder, hot oil heater and control room. The main body is mainly consisted of pre-mixing tank, reaction tank (two), colloid mill, electronic weighing system, etc.

It can not only produce polymer modified asphalt (such as SBS, EVA, PE), but also produce crumb rubber modified asphalt (asphalt rubber).

The electronic weighing system adopts decrement weighing method, which can guarantee accurately materials proportioning.

It adopts a unique asphalt and modifiers internal and external pipelines feeding and pre-mixing device (national patent), which guarantee high mixing quality and saves mixing time.

The polymer modified asphalt is milled two times by colloid mill and react certain time in reaction tanks, which can guarantee fineness and uniformity of the mixture.

Specially designed mixers with longitudinal and horizontal flow guiding device in the pre-mixing tank and reaction tanks, which can guarantee asphalt and modifiers completely mixing.

All tanks are equipped with high-efficiency hot oil heating coils.
